Return and Refund Policy
Overview:
Our refund and returns policy last 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Return:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Exemptions:
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Additional non-returnable items include gift cards, downloadable software products, and certain health and personal care items.

Required for Return:
To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds:
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, such as for items with obvious signs of use, opened CDs, DVDs, etc., items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to the company’s error, and items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund, you are advised to check your bank account, contact your credit card company, and then your bank. If issues persist, contact the company at info@ipmaximum.com.
Sale Items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges:
Items are only replaced if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, contact the company via email at info@ipmaximum.com and send the item to the provided physical address.
Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, a refund will be issued to the gift giver.
Shipping Returns:
To return a product, mail it to the provided physical address. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs; shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on your location, the time for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.
